The Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Performance Excellence is a Subject Matter Expert who will lead and drive global Operational Excellence capability development programs for the enterprise and serve as a driver of and catalyst for adoption of data driven Process Management Systems. This role will partner with company leaders to define and execute significantly influential initiatives across Westinghouse’s global teams and suppliers, simplifying the process landscape and upgrading the ability of all processes to deliver on time, on budget, and with essential quality.
Your Day-to-Day:
•In collaboration with the VP, Global Operations, establish operations and supply chain strategy, goals, and annual objectives to drive business growth and supply chain and operations effectiveness.
•Direct and define the project plan for the implementation of modern and progressive Process Management Systems for Westinghouse
•Serve as subject matter expert of advanced data/statistical tools for Westinghouse and introduce relevant tools for analysis, creating a disciplined data driven organization
•Lead, develop, and implement the practices promoting continuous improvement that will be adopted by the organization to drive improvement in quality, cost, delivery and morale; shifting the organization from tactical to strategic, and reactive to proactive
•Partner with GSCS leadership to identify and resolve problems across Westinghouse supply chain and supply base
•Develop organic talent through formal training and guidance that will expand problem solving and lean leadership capabilities
•Establishes a global supply chain team within a matrix organization structure that leverages the scale of the organization by employing best practices and standardization
•Oversee the supply chain budget and operating performance, along with key service, quality and cost metrics and focus on continuous improvement programs. Drives supply chain practices and activities that minimize working capital and maximize cash flow
•Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure alignment of global processes, data, metrics, and reporting, and global initiatives.
•Monitor customer scorecards to ensure metrics exceed expectations, critical for new business sourcing
•Directs and/or oversees processes and approaches, working with long-term perspective. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Develops strategies, plans, and operational guidelines to support the function and enterprise’s vision
•Directs the development of innovative approaches, processes, and solutions that support enterprise strategies.
•Interacts internally and externally with executive level management and/ or major stakeholders. Acts as an influencer in policy making. Acts as an idea generator, working with others as a thought leader and subject- matter expert to help brainstorm new processes and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of supply chain experience
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in a Supply Chain role
