  • Function as the primary customer contact for nuclear spare parts. Interact with customers to understand expectations/needs to ensure department responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure execution of spare parts orders and quotes – ensure quotes and parts deliveries are on time, in full and without complaint. Review customer quotes and orders to ensure they are acceptable. Interact with internal organizations to ensure issues that effect on time, in full and without complaint are appropriately raised and addressed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by overseeing expedited deliveries, following progress on open orders and quotes to ensure customer needs are being met, and communicate regular status to customers.
  • Review analytics data to identify part opportunities by customer.
  • Support customers by meeting deliverable dates and providing 24/7 emergency support. Prepare for, coordinate, and execute customer site visits in support of WEC products and services to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Prepare, Develop and execute persuasive commercial presentations to customers and internal leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategic pricing policies and approaches to achieve customer satisfaction, orders entered and margin objectives in compliance with department objectives.
  • Lead customer negotiations for department products and services, including facilitating resolution of outstanding technical, commercial and contract issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in engineering, marketing or business area with demonstrated skills and experience in project management, customer interface / communication and marketing/commercial skills.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience required.
