Your Day-to-Day:

Customer Delivery
• Customer site involvement to ensure successful delivery continues with BWR Refueling
• Maintains POC/Subject Matter Expert for Westinghouse BWR Refueling services
• Works with Resource Manager to ensure key resources staffed
• Works with Training Manager to ensure all required training is developed, available and scheduled
• Works with Operations Manager with focus on BWR Refueling operations (schedule and deliveries)
• Ensure successful delivery in the field or program management via the collaboration with others in the field
Commercial
• Support the development of strategy and offers in support of BWR growth
o RFQ Review
o Technical Description Development
o Cost estimate creation/review
o Challenge Reviews
o LOA Support
o Customer offer presentation delivery

Marketing:
• Promoting BWR Refueling Operations, services and products (in Chattanooga, at customer site, conferences, etc.)
• Working with other portions of WEC to grow the BWR Refueling backlog
• Customer interface for Chattanooga meetings/tours for BWR with primary focus of BWR Refueling

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business curriculum preferred or equivalent engineering and / or business experience.
  • Years of Experience (if applicable): 10 nuclear with 5 years in BWR Refueling operations
  • Professional Certifications: PMP preferred
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, Leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to lead or work as part of a team (Project Management)
  • Ability to travel >50%
