We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Structural Engineer. In this position, a Civil Structural Engineer can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Perform detailed technical analysis of complex AP1000 Power Plant issues.
* Monitor applicable regulatory requirements and stays abreast of regulatory trends.
* Ability to serve as technical manager on projects and small programs.
* Work activities include collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design basis, development of specifications, and performance of detailed engineering. Engineering Reports are often a work product.
* Ensures conformance to applicable engineering codes and standards as well as company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* Requires Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* 6 plus years of applicable engineering experience required; 8 plus preferred.
* PE license preferred.
* Experience with ACI 349, AWS and AISC N690 codes.
* AP1000 experience preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of structural steel design/fabrication support experience is preferred.
