We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Design Release Engineer. In this position, a Design Release Engineer can expect to be responsible for the following:

• Prepare configuration sets for the Vogtle Design Release project, working with Engineering teams to develop the load files.
• Address SPF report requests from China Owners on Design Release and Design Authority Turnover scope for Sanmen and Haiyang.
• Prepare functional requirements for potential software updates to improve the interactions with SPF for Design Release.
• Own several Configuration Control procedures, becoming the point of contact for the scope, as well as performing regular updates to ensure the procedures are always accurate.
• Become proficient with Design Release, Design Authority Turnover, and Configuration Control procedures

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering Required.
* Expertise working with SPF
* Expertise with preparing functional requirements; experience with AP1000 functional requirement preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Exel
* Good communications.
