We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Integrated Commercial Planning on our Global Commercial & Nuclear Marketing team at our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA. The Director, Integrated Commercial Planning will be charged with increasing alignment and productivity of account teams and marketing and product line employees to optimize our company’s market share. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Oversee all quantitative analytical support related to forecasting, orders entered, potential opportunities, market data and any other key commercial analytics. Convert business insights into tactical and strategic opportunities for our company. Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams in order to implement necessary activities to capture orders and meet overall company objectives.
  • Examine and interpret the results of analytical initiatives to sales and leadership. Identify business opportunities by helping sales team identify prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Provide strategic leadership and decision support to our sales function to ensure market readiness and best in class filed capabilities throughout life cycle of the brand
  • Lead the development, analysis and reporting of sales performance metrics and process; collecting analyzing and summarizing data; ensures data accuracy, consistent reporting and other internal intelligence to support the sales organization
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Help to facilitate implementation of process improvements by ensuring a well-defined efficient sales process
  • Responsible for fostering a collaborative, accountable, high energy environment with the account teams, marketing teams and product line personnel through effective project management techniques and setting a precedence for excellence related to the sales planning process
  • Assess marketing techniques and their impact on revenue generation and the sales process
    Manage and design the processes for data collection, data processing and reporting; ensure accuracy of data and reports

Minimum Requirements:

Four year college degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
Minimum of eight years of management experience in sales, marketing or commercial operations

Strong technical experience in the area of data management and analytics
Understanding of sales and marketing processes
Ability to influence and implement change
Background in Project Management
Ability to steer decision making and activate action in the achievement of business objectives
