This role provides executive and organizational leadership around Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety functions for the Global Operations Services organization within Westinghouse. The Leader will directly impact the achievement of the Company’s goals in these areas of responsibility. This position is responsible for setting uncompromising standards for performance excellence, monitoring and continuously improving the organizational systems and processes, driving results, measuring performance, and benchmarking for continuous improvement. In alignment with company standards, the incumbent will serve as the leader in driving speed and agility around Quality and regulatory Compliance, to reduce risk in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety areas. They will also develop and drive the global standardization of processes across business segments to ensure common utilization of best practices for Quality and Environmental programs in both our products and services groups.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide leadership for these functions and work with the Global Operations Services organization and the corporate QEHS function to ensure effective execution and delivery of high-quality products and services to customers to minimize cost-of-poor-quality, and improved customer satisfaction.
• Interface with corporate QEHS and local teams to develop, socialize and implement the enabling systems, programs, processes and policies that drive excellence in the organizations’ performance in Quality, Nuclear Safety, Environmental Health and Industrial Safety.
• Provide leadership for change initiatives aimed at driving a strong nuclear safety culture which enables business growth.
• Provide a critical link between customers and suppliers on matters of quality, nuclear safety, and environmental health and Industrial safety.
• Direct resources to ensure compliance with Product & Services Quality, Safety, Regulatory, Sustainability and Environmental standards globally.
• Serve as the key implementation leader for the Westinghouse Quality Management System (QMS) within the Global Operations Services Organization, as required by 10CFR50 Appendix B, and as regulated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other world-wide nuclear regulatory bodies.
• Establish a governance structure to ensure the inclusion of all key stakeholders and the effective implementation of changes considering product and services differences, geographical/regulatory differences, implementation of customer requirements, and performance needs/expectations. Ensure ongoing alignment on operational changes with Westinghouse leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and own metrics to demonstrate tangible business results as well as process effectiveness (leading and lagging indicators).
• Maintain overall budget accountability for all areas of responsibility, and drive performance and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional needs, such as customer requests, supplier EHS, contractor EHS, mergers and acquisitions, and LOA's

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
• 15+ years experience required, specifically in the areas of Quality, EH&S, Corrective Actions, Human Performance, Organizational Learning, and standards of Excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in technical area required. Master's degree is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of nuclear industry, adjacencies and/or similar regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, to effectively manage interfaces at all levels, and to create value and achieve buy-in among a diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated persuasion, influence and change management leadership in facilitating and driving global, company-wide change in a fast-paced and “ever changing” environment
• Lead by example with high standards of self-initiative, performance, accountability and ownership.
• Operational or business function preferred. Individual should have had experience running functional responsibilities for operations or for a business.
• Strong relationship-building characteristics balanced with tenacity and challenging attitude.
