Essential functions:
  • A key leader of the EMEA BU leadership team, deputy-BU CFO
  • Assumes full P&L and Cash Flow responsibility for assigned businesses
  • Supports strategy decisions making process for respective businesses areas and MTP
  • Manages the planning, budgeting and forecasting results and provides insight into key variance analysis (challenge & review) for income statement (incl. costs centers, variance accounts, IPC; backlog reporting)
  • Provides analysis of unidentified Rev/DGM/EBITDA and Cash Flow targets
  • Develops summarized forecast and communication of risk and opportunities
  • Approves and contributes to the development of product standard costs and clearance rates
  • Reviews/approves EAC and controls IPC and G&A costs
  • Monitors & controls robust internal processes and enforces policies and procedures
  • Works within EMEA BU to ensure EMEA BU & WEC financial performance is achieved
  • Directly supports senior executives and staff to continuously monitor and improve business performance
  • Manages EMEA BU finance teams, enhances skill, training, performance plans and people and career development opportunities
  • Drives the use of Westinghouse tools/procedures


Minimum Requirements:
