Your Day-to-Day:

* Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of an operation area to insure that the area is running safely and efficiently, including monitoring operation performance, troubleshooting and returning the process to in-control, breakdown support, writing tooling change requests, equipment setup, write work orders and process information forms (PIFs), parts inventory and maintain area documentation for regulatory purposes

* Recommend and implement safety, quality and performance improvements activities based on feedback from operators, engineers and other reporting tools

* Deliver training required for engineering modifications (for operators, maintenance, etc.)

* Direct and/or perform area operations maintenance (OM’s)

* Interface with Production Planning and Work Management to schedule area equipment for changes based on the production and maintenance schedules

* Tracking area key performance indicators (KPIs), including downtime, defects, scrap, etc., and trend data to identify issues and predict and prevent future issues

* Support equipment installation, rebuilds, repairs, product upset investigations, implementation of process improvements, training design and capital project support

* Assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and laws. Drive safe and environmentally sound operations with continuous improvement toward zero incidents.

* Under general direction, provide the technical support related to the day-to-day activities associated with ensuring the continued operation of the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting, disposition of product, collecting and entering data, and problem identification, investigation and resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

* Education Level:– Minimum Requirement: High school diploma/GED is required. Associate’s degree is technical discipline is preferred.

* Years of Experience: Minimum two years of manufacturing experience. Experience will determine job level based on Engineering Tech job progression

* Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with SAP a plus.
