We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Ethics & Compliance Program Lead at our Cranberry Township, PA global headquarters location. The Ethics & Compliance Program Lead should expect to be responsible for the following:

• Administer, manage and update Liaison network program to ensure its success
• Act as the E&C Subject Matter Expert for the network support
• Assist in development of the Liaison network programs, policies and processes
• Coordinate and manage Liaison network’s projects
• Develop and deliver presentations and recurring training to the network, to include policies, techniques and processes
• Perform benchmarking/best practices research on Liaison networks
• Maintain effective working relationships with Liaisons and relevant stakeholders to support the network
• Support other training and communications related projects for E&C as needed

Minimum Requirements:


• BS/BA degree is required. Master's degree or Law degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing/advancing company culture through strategic partnership and consulting.
• 5+ years of related professional experience in legal, compliance or human resources.
• Experience leading with a successful/effective Liaison network
• Project Management experience

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior, integrity and trust in both job related and personal activities to create high level of trust and credibility in the Liaisons network and E&C program.
• Must be able to handle sensitive Information and maintaining confidentiality to the extent necessary.
• General knowledge of significant laws and regulations associated with company operations.
• Knowledge and understanding of the applicable compliance regulations and E&C programs
• Effective supervisory and coordination skills to include, planning, organizing, directing, and supervising a high performance program and projects.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitative, negotiating, and presentation skills to effectively communicate, and consult with senior management, and employees.
• Strong oral and written communication, evaluation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence attitudes and opinions of others. Appropriate interpersonal skills to guide individuals toward appropriate decisions and actions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adept at multi-tasking and meeting timelines.
