Your Day-to-Day:
• Prepare technical procedures, drawings, and specifications for equipment testing, use, and maintenance according to schedule, budget, contract, and scope requirements
• Provide engineering support for equipment maintenance and repair as required
• Interface with customers, vendors and other functional groups on engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments
• Design, qualification and testing, and delivery of innovation products for existing product line tooling and new processes that can be introduced to the industry.
• Support Project Managers with job preparation activities.
Field Assignments
• Travel to nuclear power plants and industry events both domestically and globally, to countries including, but not limited to, United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Korea, China, Japan
• Perform specific duties associated with set up, checkout and performance of field service equipment to deliver field services safe, on schedule and with a high degree of quality in accordance with contract requirements.
• Apply engineering analytical skills to identify, analyze, and review operational problems of equipment or systems
• Develop and maintain good internal/external customer relations in support of contracted work scope execution

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Ability to obtain Unescorted Access to nuclear facility
Other attributes of the position
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain and discuss technical information.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in 3D CAD; Inventor or SolidWorks preferred
