Perform project at customer sites (at nuclear power plants) activities per drawings and procedures with special focus on Safety, Quality and Human Performance.
  • Work in radiological controlled areas.
  • Assembly of simple and complex prototype machines and systems used for service and maintenance activities for the nuclear power generation fleet during planned outages and emergent projects.
  • Working and formal knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment is required.
  • Working with assembly, sub-assembly and individual parts drawings.
  • Procurement of parts from vendors and suppliers to support machine assembly.
  • Use of calibrated M&TE i.e. micrometers, calipers and other related measurement tools.
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as required by project demands
  • This position requires extensive travel (80%), maintenance of “Unescorted Access” status, and working with hazardous materials.

Minimum Requirements:

Technician (Bachelor level or equivalent by experience) in Electro-mechanics or Mechanics
• 3 + years of experience on Field Services or maintenance activities
• Experience in nuclear power plants is a plus
• Language : French, English (Dutch is a plus)
• Autonomous, rigorous, able to lead and drive others
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
