We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Professional in our Cranberry, PA location.
In this position, a Project Controls Professional can expect to be responsible for the following:

• Co-lead the implementation of process requirements as defined within the Global Project Excellence Procedure interfacing with GPEx Process Manager and Organizational Project Excellence (OPEx).
• Initiate, execute, and roll-out process/tool improvement initiatives.
• Focus on change management by performing training in procedural requirements and tools to ensure personnel are properly skilled and by facilitating the obsoletion/removal of outdated local procedures.
• Lead the GPEx project management tools council to establish governance over the project management tool-set ensuring proper investment, focused vendor negotiations, and an active roadmap for prioritized future investment.
• Lead GPEx tools-related continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in the GPEx Performance function by recommending appropriate oversight measures and assisting with measures implementation and control plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 + years of project controls experience with increased levels of complexity. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and solve high-level problems. Proven ability to analyze information and problem solve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• Superior interpersonal skills such as the ability to deliver effective verbal and written communications, ability to operate and lead within complex team structures, ability to develop relationships with stakeholders in upper management positions, ability to analyze problems, establish facts, and make complex decisions autonomously.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office. Expert knowledge and skill in project schedule, cost and risk management processes and associated tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Active Risk Manager, or other related tools).
