We currently have an exciting opportunity for a GPEx (Global Projects Excellence) Project Manager - Training.

In this position, the GPEx Project Manager - Training will manage the Project Management Development Program and the Project Controls Development Program which includes training, development, and qualification programs for ~615 Project Managers and ~125 Project Controls Professionals. Responsibilities include:

• Experience in the Project Management
• Creating and managing the PMDP and PCDP training schedules
• Creating and managing the global PM and PC training budgets
• Manage and facilitation of the training processes associated with a training and qualification program (status tracking, meeting and working session facilitation, training system maintenance, metric generation, course scheduling)
• Training and Qualification tool management
• Managing training vendors and interfacing with supply chain
• Leading and managing continuous improvement projects
• Communication to Global audiences across varying management levels
• Internal customer service

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* 4 year degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management required.
* Must have at least 3 years applicable Project Management or Project Controls Experience
