We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant in the Corporate Center organization located at our Cranberry HQ location. The organization has over 800 employees worldwide, excluding contractors. The HR Consultant will report functionally to the HR Manager, also located at this facility.
The HR Consultant can expect to be responsible for the following:
  • Provide policy and labor contract interpretations to management and employees and advise appropriate course of action.
  • Perform labor relations lead responsibilities for various functions within Corporate Center.
  • Participate in development, implementation and administration of H.R. policies that facilitate desired organizational plans and results.
  • Support employee relations with management and employees by actively participating in identification and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in development of innovative Human Resource processes which promote communication, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Advise management on internal and external exempt and non-exempt staffing processes and ensure timely in and out placement consistent with business operations & EEO goals.
  • Maintain visibility with workforce acting as liaison with management and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in non-technical field, such as, Business Administration or Human Resources required.
  • 3 years experience required, 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience with working with union population (strongly preferred)
