  • Work with and through Centers of Excellence to help shape a strategy for designing the work flows, processes and technologies to stand up the HR Shared Service Function;
  • Develop strategy for global business service delivery including tier 0, tier 1 and tier 2 inquiries to drive a uniform and overall great employee experience
  • Partner with the business and HR leadership to create and implement a strategic vision for HR Shared Services
  • Partner with teams to design employee centric service processes and systems, seeking input from employees (Voice of Customer)
  • Document and manage end to end employee lifecycle HR processes including new hire processing, on-boarding, integration and transitions adhering to global framework model
  • Implement and support HR Shared Services technology platforms to support and enable the strategic HR Shared Services framework; in partnership with Global HRIS CoE
  • Identify and design solutions to drive automation, reduce manual processes, adopt best practices , standardization and simple processes resulting in requirements that help ensure accuracy and productivity in partnership with Global HRIS CoE
  • Partner to develop the roadmap for HRIS, ensuring the strategy is linked to business and people strategies
  • Ensures compliance with all global, region and country requirements
  • Foster a customer service focus and culture throughout the organization and be viewed as a change leader
  • Develop clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Services
  • Develop with the business and other partners and agreed set of metrics in which to measure the effectiveness of the HR service
  • Manage and report on the performance of the function utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics - ensuring meaningful and trustworthy business metrics
  • Partner to build dashboards & reporting to enable transparency and access to information
  • Build a quality assurance framework to keep up to speed with the pulse of the team’s delivery, ensuring the organization remains world class.
  • Cultivate deep working partnerships with stakeholders across teams
  • Work with Country Generalists to drive HR performances on site in European countries
  • Work with and through European Works Council and Steering Committee to ensure effective strategies in consultation and information sharing
  • Work with and through local works councils and unions to ensure relations are well managed and don’t impact on the business performance
  • Advise and guide both customers and HR employees on best solutions. Drive performance management and ensure compliance, safety and quality are key Development and execution of an agile Global HR Shared Services and Operations team who contribute to HR’s value through expanded capability and greater efficiencies.
  • Oversees policies, compliance and general oversight for consistent interpretations and application of HR policies.


Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience building and managing an internal HR Shared Services model for internal customers required
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience resulting in comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, programs, technology and service delivery in a complex organization
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with customer service operating standards, processes, service level expectations and driving high levels of customer care
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in people/ team management, setting expectations and goals and driving high levels of performance
  • Strong technical and system knowledge and capabilities, experience leading an HRIT/HRIS team highly preferred
  • Experience with building out or managing an HR shared services delivery model, with expertise around Tier 0/Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 support models and experience implementing them by building out a standard work structure and consistent service delivery model
  • Effectively manages complex simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines, and have a proven ability to work with stakeholders to prioritize, sequence and deliver services within an overall roadmap
  • Ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and provide strategic consulting
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and ADP preferred
  • Highly skilled at building trust and influence, driving for results with and through people
  • Managing international teams across multiple cultures is essential
  • Outstanding collaboration, influencing and communication skills. An engaging personal style and the ability to inspire trust and confidence across all levels of the business, comfortable operating across a complex, matrix environment
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, with finely tuned ability to appreciate individual and team dynamics across the organisation
  • Ability to move between strategy and operations, comfortable being personally involved in detail when required with the agility and flexibility to dial up and down seamlessly
  • Ability to lead from the front, navigating a highly matrix environment, and effective ‘contracting’ with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Fluent in English and ideally in two other European languages
