We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist on our HR Operational Excellence team at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters location.

The Human Resources Generalist should expect to be responsible for the following:

• Provide policy interpretations to management and employees and advise appropriate course of action.
• Support employee relations with management and employees by actively participating in identification and resolution of issues.
• Participate in development of innovative Human Resource processes which promote communication, collaboration and teamwork.
• Facilitate temporary assignment initiations and returns.
• Coordinate common HR programs across multiple locations.
• Support special initiatives necessary for the success of HR and the business.
• Provide centralized generalist support functions and process oversight for multiple locations.

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in non-technical field, such as, Business Administration or Human Resources required.
•1-2 years experience required.
