  • Facilitate the monthly closing process within assigned Corporate Center functional areas and perform detailed variance analysis.
  • Act as the primary interface with Global Accounting, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the monthly close process.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting deliverables including functional area expense presentations for senior leader review meetings (within assigned Corporate Center functional areas).
  • Lead monthly forecast processes (within assigned Corporate Center functional areas) by maintaining an understanding of the functional area/business expense drivers and their impact on the fiscal year results.
  • Prepare corporate center Balance Sheet & Cash Flow actual analysis and forecast
  • Lead annual budgeting processes (within assigned Corporate Center functional areas) by partnering with leaders to identify ways to achieve targets.
  • Communicate the results of analysis work through graphics, written reports, and meeting presentations. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is essential.
  • Improve planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and related automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership (within assigned Corporate Center functional area) to address strategic and tactical business issues.
  • Support new and enhanced reporting requirements as we transform the business under new ownership.
  • Complete various financial analysis that “tells the story” retrospectively and communicates a clear recommendation to move forward and/or support an executive decision.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate you will bring the following to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6 Years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or corporate budgeting
  • SAP and BPC experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel - Pivot Tables, V-Look-Ups
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
