Perform multiple assignments in support of welding, mechanical assembly, repair, refurbishment of equipment, components or tooling systems in the RES Pump and Motor Shop. Primary focus is the welding of different motor and pump components.

Minimum Requirements:

Associates Degree is preferred but not required.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Certifications/Additional Experience:
Need to be proficient in the following welding processes GTAW,SMAW, FCAW, GMAW.
Experience with Stainless Steel and Inconel preferred
Knowledge of ASME Code Welding a plus
Must be able to pass 6G Pipe tests SMAW/GTA

Must be able to pass FCAW/GMAW 2G-4G
