We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator in our Columbia, SC facility

Support the Maintenance organization during facilities upgrade projects. Act as the primary resource for work order tracking, trending and correction. Maintain and lead Maintenance administrative activities.

Closeout plant work orders and maintain records for background information in MAPCON along for internal and NRC auditing purposes
  • Review work orders for completeness per procedure. Close work orders and file on a daily basis that equal approximately 2900 per month
  • Report and track discrepancies
  • Create work orders when necessary
Support various audits, reviews and self-assessments by locating, copying, transmitting work orders as needed

Provide support to general maintenance activities
  • Maintain personnel training records and licenses, including access requests
  • Maintain Maintenance library
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Update personnel information, using Visio to create and maintain org charts for Maintenance and site contractors
  • Maintenance "Help Desk" liaison
  • Assist in yearly set-up of vendor blanket agreements and perform SAP requisitioner functions
  • Catalog and store various records related to maintenance activities and contractors
  • Support organizational activities related to plant shutdown, safety fair, etc.
  • Support ARC and CAPAL issues
  • Light housekeeping duties
  • Compile foreign material sheets, work place scripts, etc.
  • Input JLL service requests as required
  • Maintain Maintenance “O” drive folders and files
  • Monitor and assist all Maintenance personnel in completing Maintenance CAPAL activities and issues in a timely fashion
Organize and arrange NSQT training so no one becomes disqualified

Manage, coordinate and support facilities upgrade projects
  • Create FY appropriation request and budget, allocate funds, plan and report on Maintenance capital projects
  • Work with team to schedule and implement projects
Capitalize projects upon completion


Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma/GED. Associate’s degree is preferred
2 plus years of manufacturing experience. Experience in a maintenance organization is preferred.
strong computer skills, including SAP, CAPAL, MAPCON, MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivated self starter
