Provide maintenance planning, scheduling, reporting, coordinating preventative maintenance functions, expediting parts, materials, tooling and arranging for manpower in assigned area.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

Must have a background in at least one of the maintenance crafts (mechanical, electrical or instrumentation) and a working knowledge in Facilities management. Working knowledge of SAP preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Typically 0-3 years professional experience in business, engineering, or related fields where knowledge of project management tools, practices and software application has been attained.

Develop plans that are flexible enough to cover unexpected contingencies.

Schedule maintenance manpower for all crafts.

Expedite emergency repairs of equipment on short notice using available personnel, vendors and contractors.

Analyze historical data and recommend changes to increase the effectiveness of the maintenance program on individual equipment.

Gain consensus of staff managers, department managers and/or department supervisors concerning matters that involve disrupting production for essential maintenance.

Respond to the lack of readily available tools and materials if necessary.
