The Management Systems Manager will support Global Corporate Quality Programs leadership build a team culture of service and governance. In this position, the manager will use a structured and optimized approach to supporting the organization in performing management reviews, coordinating external audits, procedure management, project quality support, document management and other improvement initiatives. Your Day-to-Day:
  • Proactively working with the various business and functional units quality organizations as well as Corporate support organizations in coordinating and developing the inputs and presentations associated with management reviews as well as monitoring of actions closure.
  • Implementing and improving the governance and maintenance process for level 1 & 2 quality procedures/programs and working across the organization to ensure compliance and mapping of their level 3 procedure to L2/L1 procedures or program plans
  • Governance and guidance of the records management and control processes as defined in the Westinghouse Electric Company Information and Records Management Program (W2-6.1-101 and W2-6.2-101). This includes the review and approval of Modifications to Archived Electronic Records (MAERs) requests.
  • Provide governance and recommendations associated with participation on ISO certifications. Coordinate and support external audits such as Lloyds, NUPIC, customer and regulatory audits etc.
  • Provide home office project quality support to customer funded projects and proposals, as requested
  • Facilitate improvement initiatives and development of metrics associated with QEHS processes.
  • Responsible for budget, schedule, resource management (position will have 4-6 exempt reports) and productivity.
  • Develop well defined group training requirements and set expectation for training timeliness; perform personnel performance reviews and identify areas for personnel development and opportunities for growth.
  • Provides support to acquisition teams for performing and developing GAP analysis and/or interface agreements, as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

As the successful candidate you bring the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, legal, or business area.
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Broad knowledge of various quality standards, such as 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, ISO 9001, RRCM, C KTA,etc.
