We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Enterprise Security on our Global Security team at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters location. The Manager, Enterprise Security should expect to be responsible for the following:
  • Oversee the development and administration of overall policies and procedures for Global Westinghouse Security for protection programs designed to provide maximum security for site/plant personnel, property, and equipment across the Global Westinghouse sites.
  • Develops, implements and monitors policies, procedures and security programs in accordance with government regulatory standards to ensure protection of critical assets at all Westinghouse Global sites
  • Provides security expertise and guidance to Global security team including performance assessment input, performance expectations, training and mentoring.
  • Utilizes a broad level of expertise in all aspects of security disciplines and operational risk management.
  • Interface, develop and maintain relationships with federal and local government/regulatory agencies (U.S. DOE, U.S. NRC, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, etc.) including city, county, state and federal law enforcement.
  • Develop implement and maintain strict adherence to secure handling of security and safeguards inforrmation
  • Maintains and uses a high level of knowledge on security programs, operations, and training including anti-terrorism operations, use of force, civil liability with respect to firearms and appropriate protective force operations, tactics and procedures.
  • Develops and reviews security related training objectives, lesson plans, training materials, and instructional methods in order to maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Maintain information and programs to ensure security awareness among employees and contractors at Global Westinghouse sites including message development and implementation on security risks, protocols and awareness of security related items
  • Provide program guidance and expertise for the ALLSECURE operational risk management program, executive protection, and threat intelligence
  • Development of site security plans, training and qualification plans, and security contingency plans.

Minimum Requirements:

BS Degree in Security, management or security related field.

8-10 years of technical and operational experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent presentation, project management, priority management, communication and writing skills are required.
Ability to lead, direct, influence and effectively partner with peers, directors and executives in a direct and matrixed reporting environment.

Strong communication skills with regard to policy draft and implementation on a global corporate level, ability to interface with all levels ranging from C-Suite management to hourly workers on all matters security related.

High level of independent discretion with requirements for independent judgement and execution of security protocols and high dollar budgetary impacts law enforcement and/or security firearms/tactics instructor.

Must be able to acquire and maintain firearms certifications
