Take ownership of the export compliance program in the Asia region with the goal of elevating compliance throughout the respective area.
Ensure compliance with export regulations relating to the export of products, technology and services in the Asia region.
Manage and continuously improve effective export compliance processes for Westinghouse products, services, and technologies in the Asia region or subject to applicable export control regulations to minimize significant adverse governmental actions while improving delivery service and reliability.
Ensure Westinghouse compliance processes meet or exceed federal laws related to export compliance in the Asia region.
Conduct internal compliance training programs for internal and external employees
Track and ensure compliance with export licenses, authorizations, and agreements in the Asia region
Investigate issues, prepare, submit, and track internal communications or voluntary disclosures as deemed necessary to resolve or report violations in an expedient manner and take appropriate corrective actions

Minimum Requirements:

Previous customer and/or senior executive interface—comfort in presenting ideas to executives; strong leadership skills—ability to influence subordinates, peers, and seniors; Strong facilitation skills—ability to walk internal business partners through a process to achieve results despite reluctance, uncertainty, or confusion


Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable Chinese and other Asia region government rules and regulations as required for exported items,
