  • Represent PCI and work with building trades unions on the national, regional, and local level.
  • Ensure compliance with union labor agreements.
  • Financial responsibility for department and training budgets.
  • Ensure availability, timeliness and quality of resources to support projects
  • Ensure all resources are properly allocated and deployed across projects in support of business needs.
  • Assure compliance with radiation, health and safety regulations.

Ensure adequate resource pool to support projects, customer needs, outage efforts etc Manage Department and Training budgets

Understand jurisdictional boundaries and the interrelationships between craft unions

Perform pre-job briefings with appropriate labor unions prior to commencement of work.

Ensure that Site Extension Agreement requirements are met in a timely manner.

Strong understanding of national construction agreements, i.e., GPPMA (and its variants), NMA, NPCLA, et. al. and review and understand contracts and labor agreements regarding PCI Energy Services to support facilitating grievance resolution

Plan and provide field service personnel who are adequately trained to support field service projects.

Assure timely and cost-effective implementation of travel policy while ensuring resources meet project requirements for travel.

Implement improvements to training to increase efficiencies and reduce costs for these activities.

Establish and maintain a culture that supports safety and quality from home office preparations through project implementation and close out.

Support Nuclear Plant Access Programs requirements to assure compliance with nuclear plant customer requirements.

Assure safety, health and regulatory compliance at Westinghouse sites.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of applicable experience

  • Experience with supervision of union craft, managing a project a plus.
  • Experience dealing with HR and Legal issues relating to labor law and contracts.
  • Understand the structure and operations of building trades unions on the national, regional, and local level.
  • Understand jurisdictional boundaries and the inter-relationships between craft unions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships with union leadership.
  • Strong negotiating skills, including the ability to develop wining strategies prior to start of negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of national construction agreements, i.e., GPPMA (and its variants), NMA,-NPCLA, ¬et. al.
  • Able to review and understand contracts and labor agreements
