The Manager, Sales and Business Development is responsible for overall sales and securing orders for Fauske & Associates - a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead development and evaluation of commercial concepts and models for maintaining and growing existing Fauske business volume.

• Investigate new business opportunities utilizing resource and experience base in traditional and non-traditional markets worldwide. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis. Assist managers in implementing plans and achieving objectives.

• Participate in development and execution of long-range business plans and implement new business strategies. Develop financial concepts and lead in securing financing support for projects and initiatives.

• Develop price-to-win strategies that will deliver profit to Fauske.

• Constant customer contact to develop relationships and build informational advantages.

• Analyze financial risk aspects associated with concepts and proposals.

• Implement approved commercial and financial policies.

This role will require 25% - 35% travel (70% domestic/30% international)



Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent related field.
  • 10 years of Sales and/or Business Development related experience in the Chemical Process Safety Management/Testing and Nuclear Safety Management services market.
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting, operations and marketing processes.
  • Knowledge of financing, risk analysis, planning techniques, business management principles and practices.
  • MBA preferred
