We currently have an opening for a Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• This position will direct the efforts of global services delivery, and includes directing support resources that are a combination of internal employees and vendors
• Provide on-going day-to-day problem resolution, support, and training for the SAP systems to the user departments
• Configure and document the global process template in the existing SAP environment. Maintain data standards necessary to facilitate SAP enabled process effectiveness
• Viewed as a functional expert and critical talent in maximizing the leverage of IT assets
• Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent
• Periodic travel is required, including the potential for international travel
• Substantial experience with the Procure the Pay process, and able to select procurement models that best suit the manufacturing planning.
• Substantial experience with long range planning and MRP
• SAP integration experience and general knowledge, including Finance, SD, SM, and PS
• Experience with business reporting solutions using SAP components (ABAP reports, BW, Business Objects).
• Understands and can apply ASAP methodology working with a PMI based internal project management methodology
• Experience with Solution Manager, CHaRM, and HPQC
• Experience with SAP versions: ECC EHP7, BW 7.4, Solution manger 7.1, Netweaver 7.5
• Experience using HANA to model and analyze machine data to optimize production quality and yield preferred
• Experience with SAP Predictive Analytics beneficial

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Seven years of experience with SAP in at least two module areas. Five years must be in support of manufacturing functionality (PP, MM (P2P & IM), QM, PM).
- Team lead for at least 1 end to end implementation of SAP manufacturing (PP) functionality in a multi-plant environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field
- 7+ years progressive managing functional analysis, design, and configuration in other functional areas experience required
- At least 1 year in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
- Prior experience in nuclear industry preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
-Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Working knowledge of IT governance, operations, security practices, and audit compliance.
