We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Nuclear Automation Control System - Technical Advisor based in United Arab Emirates. This is an Expat Position. In this position, a Nuclear Automation Control System - Technical Advisor can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Support the installation, commissioning, and testing for Ovation control Systems with Cyber Security Installations and upgrades.

* Perform system maintenance and monitoring of Ovation control Systems with Cyber Security systems including Ovation Security Center and EDS.

* Interface with Customers for current and future Ovation control Systems with Cyber Security scope.

* Support and interface with Westinghouse home office Ovation and cyber security teams to perform debugging and issue resolution.

* Provide status updates of current site conditions and perform walk-downs as needed.

* Support Customer and Regulator Audits as needed.

* Candidate must be proficient in the use of Technical Manuals and must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate technical information well between the customer and the home office engineering groups.

* Candidate must be able to advise the customer on cabinet initial energization, Base Line Software loading, Cold and Hot Pre-op Testing and Power Assention Ascension Testing & analyzing test results and other issues as they arise.

* Coordinating work between Site Engineering Teams and off-shore teams.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* Candidate must have a BS in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in testing and troubleshooting of Westinghouse supplied equipment. Specifically experience with Emerson Ovation Systems and the Emerson Cyber Security Products
* Must be self starter
* Must have strong organizational and communication skills - ability to interface on-site with customer and home office.
* This position will be an expatriate assignment. This position will require living outside of the United States and will require your consent to, and successful completion of, a post-offer/pre-assignment medical assessment and/or evaluation prior to departure.
* This assignment is subject to you and your accompanying spouse/family members meeting all of the host country immigration authorities, and consenting to and successfully completing a medical assessment and/or examination. The company shall provide, process, and pay reasonable and customary fees related to documentation required to secure visas, residential, and work permits, prior to the start of your assignment. The company suggests that international assignees register with the nearest home country embassy or consulate upon arrival in the host country.
