We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Engineer. In this position, a Principal Engineer can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Lead or support development of advanced materials and manufacturing processes for commercial nuclear reactor fuel to enhance safety and fuel cycle economics.
* Lead or support material testing programs in a test lab environment, and/or work with external testing laboratories related to development of Accident Tolerant Fuels.
* Perform development and benchmarking of predictive models for irradiation behavior of reactor materials.
* Interface with customers, national labs and universities for collaborative development programs to develop advanced materials.
* Participate or lead large multi-discipline groups or teams to accomplish desired business objectives.
* This person may also be required to develop and deliver presentations to communicate status, problem resolution or promote related business products.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* Extensive expertise in developing ceramic materials for nuclear applications.
* Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience.
* PhD preferred, and may be substituted for industry experience.
* Experience working at or within a national lab environment desired.
