Your Day-to-Day:

- Lead or support the application of stainless steel and nickel-based superalloys and related manufacturing processes for commercial nuclear
reactor fuel to enhance safety, reliability, and fuel cycle economics.
- Lead or support material testing programs in an internal test lab environment, and/or work with external testing laboratories related to development of material performance data and novel applications of advanced manufacturing methods including additive manufacturing.
- Perform development and benchmarking of predictive models for irradiation behavior of reactor materials.
- Interface with internal and external customers, to support manufacturing and resolve performance related issues with nuclear fuel components.
- Participate or lead large multidiscipline groups or teams to
accomplish desired business objectives. This person may also be required to develop and deliver presentations to communicate status, problem resolution or promote related business products.

Minimum Requirements:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
* Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s Degree or PhD preferred.
* Experience and expertise in developing materials for nuclear fuel applications is preferred.
