We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Support Engineer 3 at our location in Waynesboro, GA. The Construction Support Engineer will be responsible for:

• Provide day to day engineering support to the on-site Construction organization for the specific areas assigned
• Developing workable, accurate, and timely short term design changes as necessary using the electronic workflow process
• Work closely with all other discipline engineers as necessary to ensure proposed designs are effective and efficient when required
• Regularly interact with the Construction Field Engineering staff and others as necessary to ensure proactive levels of support are maintained
• Provide engineering support for specific medium to long term work items assigned if any
• Write and / or disposition Corrective Action Program assigned actions in a timely and accurate manner
• Own responsibility for preparation any needed development activities to ensure improved value to the organization

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of applicable experience required; 5 plus preferred
• Experience leading a team of multi-discipline engineers
• High personal ownership, responsibility, and accountability
• Strong understanding of design processes and their relationship to construction, testing, and turn-over
• PE Preferred
