Your Day-to-Day:

• Accountable for the Procure to Pay (P2P) process in the global Westinghouse organization
• Accountable to manage the overall project applying industry-accepted best (Project Management Institute) practices including detailed: project team(s) establishment and coordination, project scope definition by area and subprocess across the enterprise, enterprise resource planning solution assessment and recommendation to ensure seamless integration and optimum functionality, project schedule and budget definition and associated tracking and control, project management processes including scope management and change protocols, and associated reporting across the business and up to the executive steering committee to ensure completion of a success project defined as on scope, on budget, on time, and meeting all deliverables.
• Manage the >$15M P2P transformation budget, comprised of approximately 20 Westinghouse FTE’s plus supplier resources
• Manage a group of 3-5 project managers to successfully execute the transformation programs
• Transform the current P2P process through development and implementation of a significantly more efficient and effective process
• Collaborate closely with leadership across the business, in particular Finance and Information Technology, to form and lead process and data governance teams that will define the parameters of the new P2P process and the implementation process
• Develop the climate for implementation through critical change management initiatives – articulate a clear and compelling vision of change and communicate the ways that this vision addresses stakeholder needs
• Develop key performance indicators for both the transformation project as well as for on-going management of P2P
• Define supply chain business analytics, and use those analytics to report and measure the key performance indicators
• Collaborate with senior business leadership across the organization to ensure the transformation is aligned with Westinghouse strategic and operational goals
• Communicate frequently with Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents to gain acceptance of program specifics, address feedback, and foster dialogue on this critical process

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • 10+ years of experience in a broad range of supply chain and project management in progressively responsible management positions.
  • Experience in two or more areas of Supply Chain including Procurement (SAP/Ariba), Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Management or Materials Management.
  • Experience having been part of (ideally having led) a major ERP implementation is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or similar field
