This Director role provides leadership for delivery of components and services to operational nuclear power plants across EMEA for the following:
• The Pump and Motor shop carries out refurbishment/maintenance at our Service Center
• RCP & Motor services as well as Instrumentation and Plant security services delivered at operational nuclear power plants in EMEA.
• Outage Services supports execution of field operations and drives standardization and improvements across EMEA, coordinating resource planning and equipment maintenance processes.

This leader is responsible to successfully deliver sustainable business result and on operational performance targets.
Success in this role requires proactive leadership across a regional business managing a growth agenda, direction and oversight of execution, along with leading product viability, strategy and performance.

Essential functions:
  • Drive the Pump & Motor and Outage Service business to achieve growth, sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives,
  • Ensure flawless execution of Pump & Motor and Outage Service projects and activities through leadership and development of multi country teams with 100+ employees plus a large number of suppliers and subcontracted workforce,
  • Lead on growth efforts in partnership with support organizations to build and develop new and existing business. Spearhead development and implementation of effective growth strategies and product plans,
  • Develop and implement standardization, enhancements and improvements to the Outage Control Center (OCC), resource planning and equipment maintenance processes to achieve improved productivity, effectiveness and efficiency across the EMEA Field Services,
  • Attract, motivate and develop high performing leaders and teams,
  • Ensure systems, processes and personnel meet customer deliveries and implement initiatives for improvement in Margin and Cost, Safety, Quality and Delivery,
Understand global customer needs and ensure they are properly served during project execution, as well as considered in product and service development. Support cost and bid proposal development

Minimum Requirements:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • 7 to 10 years of management experience, including 3 to 8 years of fields experience or similar operations,
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Engineer with related experience. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Multi-disciplined business and operations leader,
  • Upper middle management. with regional/global influence and multicultural team and people leadership,
  • Strategic and business mindset with strong growth orientation,
  • Ability to lead developing and implementing strategies and plans across a large organization to improve and standardize operations,
  • Experience of leading a business with profit and loss ; financial acumen,
  • Strong communication, teamwork and change management skills
  • English and French fluently
