In your role as Resident Site Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts and achieving sales quotas and goals for Westinghouse products and services. You will drive key activities, including prospecting, planning, customer relationship development, product promotion and commercial negotiations. As a focal point, the RSM directly reports to Customer Account Manager/Director (CAM/D) and works closely with cross function teams, including product line, marketing, commercial and Legal teams for offer development, contract review and project deliveries.

•Serve as the primary interface, understand customer’s company-level strategic goals and objectives, and specific project-level requirements and translate it into effective advice and needs to region and product line;
•Build customer intimacy and client relationships at all levels of the organization through effective communication, become customer’s trusted advisor by helping customer fix issues, facilitate delivery, improve safety, quality and efficiency, etc.;
•Understand Westinghouse region and product line marketing strategies and plans, support marketing events and be responsible to implement products and services promotions in account;
•Develop account strategic plan based on customer’s growth strategy and playbook, and identify sales opportunities to build up pipelines with specific capture plan, risk identification, and committed to forecast;
•Timely respond to all customer inquiries on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements, amendments, and alterations;
•Enhance Westinghouse value, customer engagement, and customer loyalty by professional sales skills;
•Support Commercial Integration team to develop technical proposals and solutions, be responsible for transactional quotations, contract negotiation, and deal closure;
•Support operation team to develop solutions for resolution of warranty, deficiency, suspense, and cost/scheduler conflicts. Assure issues are promptly resolved internally.
•Support Project Management to oversee customer project execution to ensure flawless delivery, support communications between region, product line and customers.
•Support Manager to drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures, build up good work relationship with peers and team work;
•Perform activities necessary for order acceptance, implementation, invoicing, and closeout. Assist in coordination of product line resources to assure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 6+ years of working experience
  • Always act in Integrity, honest and open-minded;
  • Good business sense, good understanding of nuclear business sectors, marketing vision is required;
  • Good at communication with various level customers, excellent presentation skills;
  • Proficient in English – English as working language is a must;
  • Multitasked, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Continue learning and improvement mindset;
  • Proactive, self-motivated and can-do attitude3+ years sales experiences
  • Working in power industry
  • Good connection to China nuclear utilities
