Your Day-to-Day:

* Responsible for developing relationships and selling Nuclear Parts Operations (NPO) spare parts to Americas customers
* Will have NPO parts account management and sales responsibility for approximately one third of the Americas Operating Plant customers.
* Majority of time will be spent visiting customers to understand their needs and issues, and then propose NPO parts solutions to address these needs.
* Familiar with the Nuclear Parts Operations catalog, and have a sales level knowledge of all of the key parts and services NPO offers, and will assist in further develop value propositions for these parts and services.
* Responsible for recommending market prices for products.
* Provide voice of customer and voice of market back into Westinghouse NPO to help shape future product offerings.
* This position will involve regular interaction with Account Team executives, Customer Account Managers, and Product Managers, periodic interaction with Customer executives in collaboration with Region Account Team Customer Account Managers and Resident Account Managers.

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

* 7-10 years of experience selling in the nuclear, power generation or fossil industry
* Existing relationships at nuclear plants is preferred
* Minimum BS in business or engineering field
* Broad knowledge of NPO product offerings in Electrical, Mechanical and I&C areas is preferred
* Strong ability to interface with product line leaders on new product development progress and delivery improvements.
* Understanding of customer requirements as defined in requests for quotation & ability to define best response in terms of product offerings, technical descriptions, pricing/cost structures.
* In depth knowledge of strategic and business planning processes.
* Demonstrated abilities in offer development, pricing theory and definition of value proposition.
* Ability to gather, analyze and draw conclusions from marketplace and competitive data and develop effective strategies and tactical approaches in response.
* Customer communication skills emphasizing presentation effectiveness, negotiation, persuasion and diplomacy.
