We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Plant Maintenance Lead. In this position, a Lead can expect to be responsible for the following:

Develop Specifications for new and revisions to specialized SAP transactions related to equipment tracking and maintenance in PM module.

Develop test scripts for SAP transaction verification and execute test scripts in Development and QA system prior to release into production

Lead for deployment of Container and Equipment tracking hardware and software.Work with IT to resolve user issues with tracking software and hardware.

Develop training material and train users on SAP PM functionality related to Field Service usage, including equipment tracking, asset tracking, preventative maintenance, others.

Lead development of prototype system based on RFID technology to be used for automated inventorying of equipment during packing and movement. System is to be prototypical of system that could be used for both clean and contaminated tooling at headquarters and plant sites. System is to be integrated with newly deployed equipment and container tracking fields in SAP.

Test, specify, procure and deploy automated system for permanent marking of bar codes or other identification on to equipment for tracking purposes specifically to be used on equipment that is used in foreign material exclusion zones or underwater where labels or tags would present FME risk.

Interface with other Westinghouse Service Centers and sites that use the SAP PM module for equipment tracking to update them on new technology and systems being considered or deployed.Capture information for sites as to specific needs to support operations and where appropriate include into development plans. Support other sites during deployment of new systems.
Lead Master Data Steward responsible for ensuring that equipment master, physical location and asset data for field services is complete and accurate.

Ensure that SAP business roles related to PM module usage are reviewed and updated as required to support new or existing usage.

Work with management to develop and maintain 5 year plan for customization of SAP PM Module to improve functionality for Westinghouse Field Services.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following minimum requirements:
  • A Bachelor Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years, but typically 10 years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience.
  • Experience with deployment of SAP based bar code and RFID tracking systems.
