The Security Access Management and Provisioning Analyst performs daily tasks and functions required to maintain rules and controls for information security to protect Westinghouse and systems information assets. Analysts work with sensitive information on a daily basis and are relied upon to maintain intended security safeguards.

• Process access control change requests, such as adding, modifying and deleting user and group accounts within Active Directory, Email (Outlook), Databases, and other Enterprise Application environments.
• Administer the day to day activities of the Security Access Management queue to ensure communication of time-critical information and to maintain consistent customer service levels, as well as the security posture of the IT Assets.
• Responds to incidents and provides broad level support to customers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve access related issues.
• Review work processes to identify, design and recommend improvements for efficiency and enhanced security.
• Drives compliance with policies, procedures and standards
• Accurately and thoroughly documents appropriate detail in request tickets and ITSM tool.
• Communicates with business areas and other support providers to build and foster strong relationships.
• Applies an understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment to independently research and resolve access related issues.
• Participates in access management/information security workgroups
• Participates in activities to identify and implement standardization of access support activities across all locations globally.
• Produces documentation and provides training to Service Desk Analysts.
• Provide after-hours on-call support.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:


•Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred or equivalent work experience.

Work Requirements
• A minimum of one years of access control experience with a general understanding of distributed networking systems, database management systems and applications required.

• Security + Certification preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification is required
