If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have two exciting opportunities for Senior Analysts- Business Reporting & Analytics on the Business Reporting & Analytics team at our global headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Liaising with various department staffs to define reporting requirements and analytics and ongoing improvements to quality of reporting
  • Compile and interpret reporting needs and convert to transparent, standard reports
  • Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
  • Provide input on design and development of a standard set of financial reports and dashboards using a variety of data-mining and presentation tools
  • Delivery of reports based on priority adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to utilize reporting mechanisms and dashboards in an efficient and effective manner
  • Analyze and interpret data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness and usefulness
  • Identify data issues and collaborate with Financial Systems group to drive data governance
  • Identify gaps in current reporting processes and drive strategic solutions for stakeholders needs
  • Influence the design and development of reporting tools to support report generation and data analytics.
  • Provide data gathering and inputs to the monthly Balance Scorecard report and analysis within required deadlines
  • Provide reporting for internal department KPI’s, monitoring output, efficiency and quality of reporting


Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• B.A., B.S. in Accounting/Finance or Computer Science
• 3-5 years experience in a business analytics or data reporting role for a global company
• Proven track record with respect to knowledge of financial processes, controls, and associated improvement programs
• Working knowledge/proficiency with SAP and other Financial Reporting systems,tools and data quality processes
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
