We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation Consultant on our US Compensation team in our Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence at our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.

The Senior Compensation Consultant should expect to be responsible for the following:

Conduct market research activities and analyses which include, but are not limited to, annual salary survey completions, job evaluations, job offer consultations, merit budget guidance and salary structure movements.
2. Partner with all appropriate parties in the design, communication and administration of annual Salary Planning activities, using and assisting in the programming of appropriate software systems (Success Factors) necessary to achieve success.
3. Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses, interpret those analyses and report / make recommendations to management, as requested. Includes year-over-year trending reports and analysis of those trends.
4. Develop and assist in the delivery of presentations to Management, HR and/or employees in support of compensation-based initiatives.
5. Administer compensation policies/programs which support recognition, retention and reward efforts company-wide.
6. Drive efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process improvement, automation, innovation and streamlining of compensation practices, processes and tools
7. Collaborate on the integration and alignment of compensation programs and processes with other related areas in HR such as performance management, benefits and pension, employee engagement, talent acquisition and talent development.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional Compensation experience required.


A CCP professional designation or actively working toward such designation.
