If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Analyst, Operations Metrics and Site Communications at our Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining all metrics for CFFF Operations department to allow visibility to Management on business performance. The work scope includes definitions, data extraction, presentation, data and process analysis, and review with appropriate personnel and pertains to all metrics relevant to CFFF performance, including Safety, Quality, Production, Cost, and People. Additionally, the position will be responsible for coordinating, developing and distributing site communications.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Partner with Operations staff to develop methods for data extraction from existing business systems for defined metrics and business indicators
  • Develop definitions for metrics to track Operations business performance
  • Develop reports and reporting mechanisms for presenting metric data as it pertains to Operations performance
  • Support Operations improvement initiatives via customized data reporting
  • Using visual management systems, develop metrics that improve employee engagement and productivity and process quality
  • Partner with Operations staff assist in data analysis and development of action plans to address issues
  • With input from CFFF management, coordinate, develop and distribute site communications through traditional means (email, flyers, etc.) and improve communications accessibility to further engage the hourly population that does not have access to electronic communications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related discipline
  • 5 years of related professional experience
