In this position, a Start-Up and Commissioning Process Analyst can expect to be responsible for the following: •Interface with Startup and Project teams to plan, direct and coordinate the AP1000 Startup and Operations Support (SOS) Lessons Learned Program, including the Corrective Action Program, the processes and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing Stand-down / Just-in-Time-type training, and the Feedback Database. •Research internal and external sources (e.g. INPO, NRC, etc) for Lessons Learned and Operational / Construction Experience applicable to the Startup Testing mission to a) analyze and determine applicable corrective actions, b) present corrective action plans to the Startup and Operations Support Director, c) drive implementation of solutions d) ensure there is an interface and knowledge sharing between the site projects •Develop an auditable, relational database that will efficiently and effectively translate technical observations into processes, procedures and training materials to include technical editing of procedures & presentations. Develop presentations and maintain Share Point site •Create and maintain all Startup Administration tracking databases (KPIs, Milestones, Test prep/review/approval, etc) Develop appropriate metrics and keep updated/maintained. Consortium records management (including forms) interface for the Initial Test Organization – for all deliverables. ITP Action Tracking •Develop bid specifications for Startup and Commissioning of AP1000 projects, including interfacing with Project Controls on the development of risk registers for each facet of the standard Startup and Commissioning Program Plan. •Responsible for data base administration – Administrative Requirements Matrix & Technical Requirements Matrix and Training coordination (i.e., scheduling, tracking, records management) •Work with the Commercial Director and Startup Director to maintain the Global Startup and Commissioning Program Plan; analyze local market conditions and contract requirements for each new plant project and revise the plan accordingly. •Develop data bases and perform data mining of existing data bases to support management requests. •Budget analysis and support, tracking budgets, charges, time logs, providing analysis and information to support management decisions in budgetary space. •Track and provide information to support processing of testing based eng changes, E&DCRs, RFI, DCPs •Turnover tracking, performance analysis, punch list coordination and Test Engineer support to accomplish turnover activities •Other activities as required to support the Initial Test Program

Minimum Requirements:
