We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer in our Global Learning Center of Excellence (COE). Preference for work location includes Cranberry Township, PA or Columbia, SC, however full-time remote will be considered for the right candidate.

In this position, an Instructional Designer can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Perform various assignments and relevant tasks related to the instructional design, development and consulting for the creation and editing of various modes of training courses. In addition, perform various assignments and relevant tasks related to the production & post-production of high quality rich media webcasts.
* Designs and develops instructional material for WBT and Instructor led training courses that support corporate initiatives.
* Demonstrates and utilizes the Systematic Approach to Training (ADDIE). Adept at conducting needs analysis, managing projects and schedules.
* Independently develops, and mentors others, on instructional courses by utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools.
*Collaborates as a member of design teams as required.
* Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and problem solve multimedia issues with new and existing courseware structure.
* Demonstrates command of multimedia authoring tools and can provide insight and direction on new capabilities, features and direction of online and multimedia trends and instructor led learning.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

* Bachelors of Science degree required; Master’s Degree in Instructional Design Preferred, Video/Audio Production, Multimedia Design experience
* Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience or equivalency required
*Instructional Designer experience required.
*Videography experience, production experience, audio production experience, video editing software experience preferred.

Strong preference for Articulate Storyline 2 and the Adobe Creative Suite
